Amber N Reed Director of Recruiting amber.reed@nmfn.com (847) 969-2505 Amber Reed is a December 2004 Graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a concentration in marketing & finance. While attending Eastern, Amber exemplified exceptional leadership in many areas, including Vice President of Alpha Gamma Delta and President of the Panhellenic Council. In addition, she was involved in the cheer team and student associations such as AMA and the Finance Club. This made her an obvious choice for the multi-tasking role of recruiting coordinator and assistant to Scott Carr when she joined our team just over a year ago. Amber quickly earned the role of Director of Recruitment with The Carr Group, demonstrating the discipline and determination to grow our organization.

Lindsay M Hocking Director of Training lindsay.hocking@nnfn.com (847) 969-2506 Lindsay graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign, with a degree in advertising and marketing in 2006. Lindsay joined the Carr Group in 2006 as a Recruitment coordinator and as an Assistant New Financial Representative coordinator but is now our Director of Training and Development. She enjoys the pursuit of difficult challenges both intellectually and athletically. Outside of work she enjoys, running, swimming, listening to music, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

Mary Kay Chiano Operations Manager marykay.chiano@nnf.com (847) 969-2503 Mary Kay has been associated with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in numerous capacities since 1978. She joined Scott Carr’s District Network Office in 1988 and is the Operations Manager for The Carr Group. Mary Kay is married to Hank, and they have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time, Mary Kay enjoys any activities that include spending time with family and friends.

Rosanne H Racelis Office Manager rosanne.racelis@nnfn.com (847) 969-2502 Rosanne has been with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in various roles since 1992. She joined The Carr Group in August 2007 as the executive assistant to Scott Carr. Now, her main role is office operations and contract and license coordinator. Rosanne is married to Keith and has two children, Kyle and Reese.
