Loren began her college education at the College of DuPage while also working full time as a personal banker.  She then transferred to Illinois State University and graduated with a degree in Marketing and Professional Sales in May 2009.

While attending ISU, Loren became immersed in a variety of organizations.  She served as Historian and Vice President of Professionalism for Delta Sigma Pi, participated in the Leadership Fellows Mentoring Program, and became a sales scholar for the Professional Sales.

Loren was also involved in Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers/Big Sisters and completed a yearlong marketing internship.

During her free time, Loren loves to travel, attend sport events and rock climbing.

Emily Schmitt began her college education at Illinois Valley Community College where she worked as an intern in the Community Relations and Marketing Department for three summers. She transferred to Illinois State University in 2008 and graduated with a degree in Public Relations in May 2010.

While at ISU, Emily interned with the Bloomington Prairie Thunder Hockey media relations department and with the Great Plains LIFE Foundation. After returning home from her summer abroad in Barcelona, Spain, she worked as a bank teller at Hometown National Bank in LaSalle, IL.

Emily joined Northwestern Mutual in early June of 2011. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. 

Lisa joined Northwestern Mutual in 1990 with the McTigue Financial Group in Chicago, as an Associate Financial Representative for two established Reps over the course of 14 years.  After “stepping away” for 4 ½ years to be a “stay at home Mom” she had the opportunity to “step back in” in 2008, and join The Carr Group and work with the “New Reps” in assisting and developing them as they began their new careers.  While it’s a different “venue”, it is one that has been and continues to be the most challenging and rewarding experience of all!

Lisa resides in Palatine with her husband, Pat, daughter Emily, and their Shepherd/Lab, Pepin. 

Rosanne has been with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in various roles since 1992.  She joined The Carr Group in August 2007 as the executive assistant to Scott Carr.  Now, her main role is office operations and contract and license coordinator.

Rosanne is married to Keith and has two children, Kyle and Reese.

Erin comes to us from South Florida...but she grew up in Barrington and attended St. Viator High School in Arlington Heights. It was in High School that Erin excelled in Soccer and as a result she received a scholarship to Lynn University in Boca Raton Florida to play women’s soccer.

Erin graduated with a BS in Business Administration in 2007. Upon graduation she accepted a position with Northwestern Mutual with The South Florida Group. She held an FR position for 1 year then became the AFR for the Managing Director.

She then returned back to Chicago and joined The Carr Group as the Client Relations Center Coordinator in January 2012.

Erin is a physical fitness junkie and is really currently passionate about cross fitness training.
